What is my AREAA ID?
Your AREAA ID is the e-mail you used or provided to register as an AREAA member.

If you joined AREAA Online or registered at our regional events and courses, you should receive your AREAA ID and password with an e-mail sent to your registered email address.

How can I retrieve my password?
There are two ways to retrieve your password:

1) Check your e-mail
The password should be sent to you automatically via e-mail

2) Reset your password
Go to the reset password page below and enter your e-mail address. The system will send an e-mail with a link to reset your password in 15 minutes.

Why am I not included in the online member directory?
AREAA respects the privacy of all our members. To be included in the online directory, you must update your profile and select "Yes" for the Display Preference setting to display your personal information online. Otherwise, your information will not be included in the directory.

How do I update my AREAA profile?
To update your profile, please log in with your AREAA ID (e-mail address) and your password. (to retrieve the information, please refer to the question/answer above).

After you log in, please choose 'My Profile' from the panel on the top of the page. Your 'Display Preference' is the option for you to display your information in the Online Directory. You can change the Display Preference by editing your profile. Just simply click "Edit My Profile" on the top of the page.
