From the President
Asian Real Estate Association of America in Dallas/Fort Worth is honored to announce its new President James Chen. He has a very renowned reputation and comprehensive background in Real Estate as a builder and developer in North Texas for over 20 years. James is very excited, along with his dedicated team of dynamic leaders, to help the growth and support of the Asian American Community.
With a new year ahead, the DFW Chapter has new and exciting seminars, business events and projects planned. Our goal is to promote networking power among Asian Americans, assist in Asian homeownership, and establish solid support, resources and benefits for our members.
We are ecstatic for the DFW Chapter to produce strong business growth and development for our members and future members for years to come. We hope to count on you to support and foster the AREAA DFW.

Founded in the Fall of 2009, the Asian Real Estate Association of America, Dallas/ Fort Worth Chapter (AREAA DFW) is a nonprofit professional trade organization dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership opportunities within our Asian American communities by creating a powerful regional voice for housing and real estate professionals that serve this dynamic Metroplex market"
AREAA. DFW Chapter is dedicated to accomplishing this mission by:
- Delivering regularly scheduled Home Ownership Seminars to our Asian community.
- Maintaining an active Community Relations program to advance our mission and the professional image of our Chapter.
- Advocating for policy positions at the national level that will reduce homeownership barriers facing our community.
- Offering to our membership continuing training through our Professional Development Program focused on increasing business opportunities for mortgage and real estate professionals that serve this growing community.
MEMBERSHIP
The Chapter's membership represents a broad array of real estate, mortgage and housing-related professionals that serve the diverse Asian American market. Membership includes housing and real estate professionals of all cultural backgrounds and is open to those who support the mission of increasing sustainable homeownership in the Asian community.
We are proud to be part of the family of AREAA, the only trade association dedicated to representing the interests of the Asian real estate market nationwide.
