In 2010, Bank of America believes that more than 50 percent of purchase mortgages will be originated by first-time homebuyers. Improved affordability and a recovering economy are two factors drive more people to consider purchasing a home rather than renting. After speaking with customers around the country and hearing their desire for more clarity and guidance during this important process, Bank of America has responded by creating an informative online event to help future home owners buy with confidence.
The event is being broadcast in participation with AOL Real Estate, one of the top five online destinations for real estate properties on the market and one with a direct focus on the first-time homebuyer. \"What Works Now: Smart Moves When Buying a Home\" will air on Wednesday, June 23 at 7:30 PM ET/4:30 PM PT and will feature videos and online questions from actual consumers on topics including:

The panel will be moderated by AOL\'s consumer advisor Regina Lewis, who will be joined by two experienced experts in the areas of housing and personal finance:
