March 19 & 20th, AREAA IE in alliance with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and NHSIE, Neighborhood Housing Services of Inland Empire will hold a Homebuyer Educational Seminar at the Rancho Cucamonga Senior Center followed by open house events. Our goal is to help homebuyers purchase their dream homes and eliminate vacant homes in our communities! Our joint effort is key to the success of the event. Our target is to open 100 homes for 300 homebuyers to choose from.

We are inviting all homebuyers, listing agents and buyers' agents to participate in this wonderful event.

In preparation for your trip, below is a checklist of items that you'll need to be aware of:
- Send registration payment to AREAA National Office by April 30 (checks payable to AREAA)
- Apply for Visa (Visa is not required for US passport), required at least 4 weeks prior departure date.
- Make international airline reservations from/to US and Bangkok, Thailand. International airfare is not included in package. For assistance with international travel arrangements, you may contact:
