As our nation faces unusual uncertainty in economic recovery and our industry faces unprecedented challenges, AREAA's Southern California Tri-County Chapter was founded with the missions to help real estate professionals serving the Asian-American communities enhance their abilities to meet today's challenges, help our partners and affiliates achieve their objectives in real estate, and help our communities rebuild their American dreams.
To fulfill these missions, we will work closely with real estate professionals, our communities and our partners and affiliates including financial institutions, GSE's, government entities, mortgage servicers and asset managers. We will serve as the facilitator and catalyst for better cooperation and collaboration among all and we will be the partner they can count on.
As a newly established organization, we are fully aware of the great challenges we will face in fulfilling our roles. However, we are also aware of the importance of our work and the opportunities for us to make a real difference when our nation, our industry and our partners/affiliates need us the most. So, as the founding president of AREAA-SCTC, I invite you all to join me in confronting the challenges together and I know together we shall make a difference.

Established in the Autumn of 2010, our Chapter strives to continuously raise and maintain high standards of conduct, knowledge, diligence and integrity in our ever changing industry. If you believe, as we do, that these are not mere lofty ideals, but rather are guiding principles for all professionals, you are among friends.
Membership is open to any real estate, mortgage or other professionals and auxiliary services.
(PALM DESERT, CA) - The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) has announced the launch of a national Default Services Directory (DSD) that captures important information regarding AREAA members who work with the Nation's leading lenders and servicers. DSD provides AREAA's industry partners with detailed information about AREAA members' background and expertise in facilitating distressed sales of single family, multifamily and commercial properties. The directory also provides information regarding AREAA members who are providing other default related services, such as title, escrow and property preservation support. In order to be listed on the DSD, the individual must be an AREAA member in good standing.
