Our chapter was formed and incorporated in 2007 by real estate industry professionals who had a vision of propagating the mission of AREAA in the State of Washington. Seattle has always been one of the largest international ports on the West Coast for all Asian-Pacific immigrants throughout American history. Cities across the state are welcoming new waves of Asian-Pacific immigrants everyday in Information Technology, Bio-Medical, Aerospace and other technology fields. Washington State is home to new generations of Asian-Pacific immigrants that have diverse demographic, social and economic characteristics.

In order to enhance Asian-Pacific homeownership in the region, AREAA Washington strives to support the business goals of local real estate industry related practitioners by providing education, a forum for networking and a strong voice for Asian-Pacific Americans.
