Born and raised in San Francisco, Joyce moved to Southern CA, Gardena, Torrance, Huntington Beach, Newport Coast, after graduating from nursing school and worked as an R.N. for Kaiser Hospital in Labor & Delivery and various other departments where she developed management skills. She transitioned to residential real estate after licensing in 2005. Her people and management skills have been an great asset helping her manage her real estate career. Designations and Certifications: C2EX, CRS, CIPS, ABR, SRS, PMN, Green, SFR, AHWD, RENE PSA. Her leadersership positions include the California and National Associaton of REALTORS® and Women's Council of REALTORS® as well as her local Orange County REALTORS® Association, the largest Association in CA. She was awarded 2020 REALTOR® of the Year by Orange County REALTORS® and is the 2021 and 2022 Treasurer. She has also been recognized by Orange County REALTORS® for her Volunteerism in the Community the past two years.
