Since then, she has earned her G.R.I.(Graduate Realtor Institute), R.E.N.E.(Real Estate Negotiation Expert), C.2.E.X. endorsed (Commitment to Excellence ), A.H.W.D. (At Home with Diversity) and C.I.P.S.(Certified International Property Specialist) designations and certifications.
She is a leader in real estate for the Broward Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors. An R.P.A.C. Committee member, Y.P.N., Candidate screening Task Force and Global Business Alliance . On a state level, she is part of the Florida Realtors Board of Directors, Legislative and Regulatory Issues Breakup Group, and Global Business Alliance committee member. Mariesen is also a committee member of Public Policy at National Association of Realtors. Vice Chair of Global Business Alliance for Broward County at the Broward Palm Beaches and St .
