Amika has been passionate about real estate her entire life. As a child, her dad would take her to survey investment properties he owned or planned to purchase. Touring the Los Angeles landscape, listening to the endless possibilities of real estate, birthed her own love that eventually collided with her zeal for helping others.
Amika’s journey to becoming a license Real Estate Broker began a few years before the market crashed. She has seen and weathered multiple real estate cycles, gleaning knowledge, wisdom, and expertise in all aspects of residential real estate.
Upon opening her own real estate brokerage, R.A. Coleman Realty & Investments Corp., with the strong desire to train up other passionate, innovative REALTORS®, her goal is to champion her real estate agents to cater diligently to their clients, educate and sharpen their real estate craft in order to protect, serve, and advocate for clients while setting the highest and best standards.
With over 15 years in the real estate industry, bridging Amika’s love for people through her passion for real estate, it has allowed her to help many accomplish their real estate goals.
Opening her brokerage created unique opportunities to partner with multiple industry and non-industry professionals to further her client’s journey to sustainable homeownership. Through education, advocacy, and partnerships, Amika and her R.A. Coleman Real Estate Team, aim to be a bridge in creating generational wealth, by planting seeds of equity today.
As Vice President of AREAA Inland Empire Chapter, it furthers her passion and resources to advocate for equitable and sustainable homeowners for the marginalized.
