AREAA chapter leaders gathered in Scottsdale last week for the annual leadership summit. One of our largest turnouts to date, attendees left with valuable information to grow and strengthen their chapters. Advocacy took center stage as AREAA National announced their plan to open a DC office this year and leaders voted on what policies will be included in the 2020 three-point plan.
Special guest speakers included Miss Jamie Zapata from Coldwell Banker, D’Ann Harper, representatives from the US Census, and professors from Austin University.
The leadership summit plays a critical role in succession planning both at the national and local level. We’re excited to see which next AREAA National leader will come from this summit.
