Malyna joined AREAA in 2016. She was the past president of the chapter in 2020-2021. She is currently the Mortgage Chair for AREAA National Mortgage Committee. She is the Immediate Past Chair for the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Fair Housing Committee with the Sacramento Association of Realtors and is serving on the DEI&FH and Government Relations Committees.
She dedicates her passion to serving the community and real estate community as she volunteers and serves on the National and Local Boards of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), the Sacramento Association of Realtors, and its sibling organizations. She has been the Team Captain for Team Phan since 2012 and has helped raise over $150,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in supporting the annual Light the Night Walk.
She is the Branch Manager with Big Valley Mortgage Elk Grove Branch. She has over 25 years of experience collectively in retail banking, management, origination, and community leadership. She serves her family, team, and community with a servant's heart.
