As a Broker Associate for the past 28 years, Patrick has been a consistent top producer. He is serving as an appointee to the Commissioner of the California Bureau of Real Estate’s Advisory Panel and as an advisor for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), Sacramento Chapter, for which he was a founding director. Patrick has served on the MetroList Inc. Advisory Committee and its Board of Directors, is a Director for the California Association of Realtors (CAR), and the Chairperson for its Business Technology Forum.
In 2012 Patrick was the first Asian President since its beginning in 1908 of the Sacramento Association of Realtors (SAR), and he received the SAR Realtor of the Year Award. He was chosen Realtor of the Year, 2011, by the Women’s Council of Realtors, Sacramento Chapter, and Member of the Year, 2012, by the Sacramento Chapter of AREAA.
Over the years Patrick has served both the SAR and the CAR in many capacities. In the past, he has been the CAR Issue Chair for Land Use and Zoning, Vice Chair of the CAR Expo Advisory, Global Real Estate Forum and MLS Policy Committees, and the past Regional Rep for the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee.
Patrick holds the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) designation, the Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS) designation, and the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. He is a CAR ZipForms Certified Trainer and an SAR Masters Club Outstanding Life Member.
Patrick has derived particular satisfaction in his volunteer work for numerous organizations, including the public schools, the Salvation Army, Rebuild Together, Habitat for Humanity, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Loaves and Fishes, NeighborWorks America, and the Hope Now Alliance.
