Learn their Tips and Techniques for Finding First-Time Home Buyers from 2 Millenials, a Gen X and a Boomer who have different backgrounds (teaching, convention services, renovations, moving, as well as, management) and stories of success.
 
In this workshop, these real estate professionals will share what works for them in finding prospective clients even when inventory is low and interest rates are high.
 
We also have Brad Konishi, CPA and HARPTA expert speaking on How to explain Why Buy vs. Rent, as well as, how to find and work with first-time homebuyers. He has worked with many veterans, first-time home buyers and sellers and will share information that agents should know.
 
Additionally,  Daniel Costigan, Sr. Vice President and Sales Manager of First Hawaiian Bank's Residential Lending Division will share their programs which help first-time home buyers and explain what the lending process looks like today.
 
Our Program begins at 5:00 PM with Networking at 6;10 PM.
 
Refreshments are served.
