Tosha has helped hundreds of Realtors find their niche market and navigate the roller coaster ride of the real estate market over coming obstacles, and finding solutions so they can grow. Whether that’s building a team , or expanding their business .
Tosha Chang has helped spearhead multiple legal and policy reforms, as a Vice President and Chair for the Austin Latino Real Estate Community 2011-2014 and served on various chairs of the
Asian Real Estate Association of America for almost a decade and now as the 2024 President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America .
As the 2024 President Tosha is introducing the first Human Rights Awareness Chair.
That supports Human Trafficking and Fentanyl Awareness.
Tosha has also assisted in the support of Congressmen , senators and Presidential Candidates as a realtor liaison, and by raising campaign funds via US Business conglomerates for US senator Ted Cruz , Dan Crenshaw and US Presidential Candidates Vivek Ramaswami, RFK Jr for 2024.
