Landlord/Tenant Legal Issues with Sales - More fully understand the basics of Landlord/Tenant law in the context of a RE transfer
and understand the Realtor Form Contract tenancy provisions and compare and contrast to the NJ Anti-Eviction Act. Also learn
about the custom contractual provisions which can protect both a buyer and a seller from miscommunications or undeliverable
promises during Contract negotiations. In addition hear about the completion of attorney review and the rights and duties of all

Fair Housing Act and Housing Discrimination Laws- More fully understand the effect of the Fair Housing Act and its progeny on real
estate transfers in NJ. Learn the basics of the Act, the classes of people it protects, the ethical restrictions on acts of Sellers , Landlords,
Realtors, etc and the prosecution tools of HUD and the Courts in enforcing the laws and regulations. Learn about types of Realtor
behavior that are ethically prohibited and how to protect oneself from possible Fair Housing Act complaints. Hear about fact patterns
that do and do not rise to the level of discrimination under the Act. (1 Fair Housing Credit)
