As Regional Market Manager of Union Home Mortgage Corporation (UHM), Nicholas Lichwick is responsible for supporting Loan Officer growth in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Nicholas is an adopted Korean American that grew up in a large family with limited resources. Being one of ten children, his adopted parents did their best to provide for their family. Without the support of his community, Nicholas could not have achieved the opportunities of the American Dream to be where he is today. He believes this is the reason that he became a social worker after college. Although he is now in a leadership role, in an amazing mortgage company, Nicholas never forgot his roots of community. Nicholas gives back by advocating for children in the social welfare system, providing resources to many non-profit organization and work with many trade organizations to support sustainable home ownership!
