Don is a seasoned business banking professional at Citizens Bank as a Vice President, Relationship Manager. With almost 20 years of experience in business & commercial banking, Don brings a strong background in credit analysis, portfolio management, and relationship development.
He began his career at WSFS Bank in 2008 through a corporate banking program. Over the years, he advanced through key roles including Commercial Credit Analyst, AVP, Portfolio Manager, and most recently, VP, Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking Department.
Don earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Northern State University and went on to complete his Master of Management at the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Don is actively involved in the community. He serves as Treasurer of the Asian American Real Estate Association of America, Greater Philadelphia Chapter, and sits on the Advisory Boards of both the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia and the Pan Asian Association of Greater Philadelphia.
Outside of work, Don enjoys traveling and expanding his network through community engagement and professional events.
