James has been a licensed real estate agent since 1993, with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Since the pandemic, he has expanded his services to include residential clients, particularly within the Asian community. In 2020, he joined a Chinese-owned brokerage, broadening his client base to Indian, Korean, and Vietnamese communities. He also earned an associate broker's license and currently manages a team of five. Actively involved with AREAA Philadelphia, James supports event planning and chapter strategy. He holds a degree from Penn State and has pursued advanced coursework in accounting. His hobbies include language study, fishing, and martial arts. James is the proud father of three accomplished children.
