Erwin started his commercial real estate career in 2007 concentrating on commercial sales and leasing transactions in core Seattle area markets. He joined Madison Bay in 2016. Before commercial real estate he was in the aquarium management industry. His commercial real estate clients have ranged from local firms, trust-and-estates, public entities, to national/international publicly traded institutional companies. While in commercial real estate he was previously with a publicly traded national firm as well as a local boutique office allowing him to experience the operational environment in different sized companies.
On his free time, he enjoys fishing, skiing, hiking, and traveling.”
