Linda Goss is a Real Estate Broker, Sales Manager with New Vista Homes, and a Roof Above Volunteer She has over two decades in real estate and has guided clients through the journey to homeownership, representing both small builders (Westport Homes and Fielding Homes ) and National Builders (D.R Horton and Century Communities).
Currently, she is a Sales Manager with Vista Homes, a local semi-custom builder specializing in duets, single-family homes, and build-on-your-lot opportunities within 3–5 miles of Charlotte’s city center. Beyond transactions, she is passionate about real estate investment and continually seeks opportunities to expand my portfolio.
Giving back is equally important to her. She has been a dedicated Roof Above volunteer for 11 years, and, as the 2024 President of AREAA Charlotte Metro, she leads efforts to promote sustainable homeownership within the AANHPI community.
