Tiffany Moton, owner of Moton Real Estate in partnership with Allen Tate Realtors, is an accomplished Broker/Realtor® licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, with an extensive background in real estate and management. Tiffany studied business administration with a marketing concentration at Rollins College. She began her career as a program coordinator at a university, where she also taught a First-Year Experience course. She then transitioned from the education field to become one of Charlotte’s top-producing brokers.
Specializing in luxury residential sales, she expertly manages relocations, works with investors, and has built strong connections with the sports and entertainment community, including a notable relationship with the Carolina Panthers organization.
Tiffany’s commitment to diversity and community engagement shines through her membership with the Asian Real Estate Association of America and her active involvement with the Canopy Association. She has served on the Young Professionals Network and Government Affairs Committee and is a dedicated member of the Canopy Housing Foundation committee, supporting community-focused initiatives. She also serves on the board of Challis Farm Homeowners Association, underscoring her dedication to local governance. As a TV host on the Emmy-nominated show The American Dream TV, Tiffany showcases Charlotte’s vibrant real estate market. Her insights and expertise have been featured in Charlotte Realtor Producers, Charlotte Observer’s Home Design, and on conference panels, including Howard Hanna’s HannaCon in 2022 and the REality podcast with Gary Scott. Tiffany also mentors students in the Panthers to Pros program at the University of Pittsburgh through her relationship with the ACC (Atlantic Coast Conference), helping shape the next generation of leaders.
