Mauricio Capetillo was born in Merida Yucatan, Mexico and has proudly resided in the Inland Empire
area of Southern California since he was four years old.
Mauricio brings over 25 years of experience in residential resale, new home sales, property
management, REO disposition, short sale negotiations, investment opportunities, with also having
served as business development manager for The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate development companies. His current role is serving as Branch Manager-Broker Associate for EXP Realty in Redlands, Ca., and when called upon, also serves as a new home sales trainer for real estate agents and for the public at large.
His designations include REALTOR®, Certified New Home Specialist™, Residential Construction
Certified™, New Home Co-Broker, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Short Sales and Foreclosure
Resource, Certified International Property Specialist, with also holding a Broker’s license in the State of California. Additionally, Mauricio is an active member of California Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS®, West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS®, and The Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) respectively.
In 2022, Mauricio will be serving in the capacity of Vice Chair with WSGVR Global Committee, serving on the Board of Directors for The Inland Empire National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® as well as serving as President for the Asian American Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Inland Empire Chapter respectively.
