Haoran Hu is a real estate developer, investor, asset manager and entrepreneur.
Mr. Hu is the Managing Director at Eastone Equities, a full-service
real estate private equity firm headquartered in New York City. Mr. Hu is responsible for all aspects of investment oversight of Eastone’s real estate portfolio. Specific responsibilities included supervision of acquisitions, development, sales, marketing, construction, and financial management for projects in New York and New Jersey. He joined Eastone in 2017 and has been a key member of Eastone’s executive management team. He has since acquired and managed well over $1 billion worth of real estate in all asset classes including residential, hospitality, and retail.
Mr. Hu holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University, with honors, and a Master degree from Columbia University in Real Estate Development.
