Patrick Li is a director of acquisitions at Nuveen Real Estate, currently focused on office properties in NYC and the Tri-State Area, with previous experience in Boston and Chicago across the main asset classes. Prior to joining Nuveen in 2013, he had been responsible for trading corporate credit at Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse, and Nomura.
Patrick is a CFA charterholder, and he holds a graduate certificate in real estate from NYU and a BA and MA from Columbia University.
Patrick also actively serves on Urban Pathways’ Board of Directors and was a founding member of Real Estate Aspiring Leaders.
