Originally from Wenzhou, China. Theresa is fluent in Wenzhounese and conversational in Mandarin. Prior to selling real estate Theresa worked for an EB5 law firm which specializes in overseas funding for job creating projects in the United States. Theresa’s has a large international clientele and loyal local following which earns her repeat business and personal referrals.
Theresa has degrees in both Economics and Music. She is a singer and produces live music shows in Manhattan. She loves giving back to the world, from feeding the homeless to donating new toys to children in the hospitals. Theresa founded the Young Dancers scholarship for young adults, from ages 13-18, who are passionate in perfecting their art and pursuing their dreams.
