Please bring donations for HomePlate Youth Services! Warm clothing, socks, jackets, gloves as well as hygiene items such as toothpaste, brushes, deodorant, etc.

- Education on the project, amenities, living spaces and special features
- Terry Sprague will speak on the state of the industry
- Learn how you can support HomePlate Youth Services
- Time to mingle before and after the event
- Refreshments will be served including wine and beer
- 9 people will be selected for a tour of the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Portland
