I grew up in small-town Ohio and moved to Los Angeles right after graduating from the University of Miami. Before embarking on his journey as a home inspector and small business owner, I enjoyed a decades-long career in broadcasting as a sound editor and mixer, garnering an Emmy Award for my work helping launch the NFL on Fox in 1994. Whenever I manage to carve out some free time, I dabble in musical theatre, most notably performing as Bert the chimney sweep in Mary Poppins.
