Please come and join us for a FREE AREAA Vancouver Members Appreciation Event!!!

For all Non-Members of AREAA Vancouver, there is a very nominal fee of: $20.00 (+1.75 booking fee)
 

Join us June 25th, 2025 from 4pm - 6pm, for Food, Fun and Fitness at the Quilchena Golf & Country Club in Richmond, BC, Canada.

2-in-1 Event!!!

1st Event:

We will have a workout and relaxation session with our very own AREAA Vancouver Board of Director -- Marco Choi

Marco will lead us with a curated workout and cool-down session. Created by certified coach Marco Choi, the online  program offers personalized fitness, nutrition, and mindset support that fits into a busy lifestyle. The coaching is designed for women and men dealing with low  energy, weight changes, and stress—especially during midlife. With flexible plans and one-on-one guidance, Marco Choi Coaching makes it easier for  successful women and men to take care of their health without slowing down their careers.

2nd Event:

We have a pampering session with another very own AREAA Vancouver Board of Director -- Grecia Ng

Grecia will be pampering all attendees with a two part collagen session with products from RIMAN.
