Born in Macau, raised in Hong Kong, I like to think of myself as the bridge between the East and West.
Understanding the nuances from both ends of this spectrum has allowed me to work through deals with
clients of many different cultural backgrounds with ease. At the end of the day, it is as much about real
estate as it is about my clients. The buying or selling experience needs to be personalized, and tailored
specifically to the client because the better we understand our neighbors, the better we can do business
with them.
My ceaselessly can-do attitude and tireless work ethic not only helped me become an MLS Medallion
Qualifier - Top 10% of all Realtors at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, and consistently a top
performer at Century 21 In Town Realty, the desire and energy I have to build the human spirit through
community, bridge cultural gaps through understanding, and be a voice for the Asian Canadian
community is unparalleled. While my involvement with AREAA Vancouver only began in 2013 as a
participating member, now becoming the President of the Vancouver Chapter in 2022, I will continue to
serve and proudly carry this torch for as long as I am needed in the community, even after my term.
