Randall Hom is a 40 year veteran real estate broker who has successfully closed thousands of transactions. This was never a second career, but by design, this is what he has done his entire adult life. Having graduated from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley with an emphasis in real estate, Randall has used both his formal real estate education along with long tenure of real estate brokerage experience to successfully serve property owners, buyers, sellers, institutions, and investors.
From simple buy/sell transactions to more complex strategic investment planning, exchange, and execution, Randall has a consistent top-notch proven track record. Randall has represented financial institutions and governmental agencies from across the country, but his passion is in helping private individuals change and positively impact their lives through real estate.
Featured in various media outlets over the years, Randall has been asked to speak on Panels and moderated discussions for real estate industry professionals from topics ranging from Wealth Building to Diversity. He currently sits on the Boards of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, Metrolist, and the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Randall serves as a Professional Standards hearing officer and was named 2022 Realtor of the Year.
Most gratifying to Randall is (1) the fierce loyalty of his clients over decades, (2) referrals and representation of other real estate practitioners who respect and recognize our consistent and superior results, and (3) success in taking clients to complete financial independence.
