Entrepreneurship is in Sam’s DNA. She is the daughter of asylum seekers and grew up helping her parents run their businesses after school and on weekends. Sam started her first restaurant at eighteen and got her real estate license in 1999. Twenty-six years of business expertise make her a formidable negotiator and fierce advocate.

When not living and breathing real estate, Sam dedicates her time to her two daughters. She aspires to be a role model for them, as her mother was for her. Sam’s biggest hobby is giving back. The generosity of the people who helped her family when they arrived in the U.S. continues to inspire Sam to make an impact in her community. She is the current president of Asian Real Estate Association of America, Greater Sacramento (AREAA) and is the incoming treasurer of the Sacramento Association of Realtors®.
