Bill Lublin, a highly accomplished real estate leader, began his career at 21 and quickly established himself as one of the top salespeople. He is currently CEO of CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold, Pennsylvania's number one Century 21 firm, and leads Lublin Corporation, a property management company in Philadelphia. He also oversees affiliate companies, including Colony Abstract and Advantage Closing Company.
Bill has served as a director and president for numerous real estate organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. He has chaired over 70 committees for the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), including roles on NAR’s Professional Standards, MLS Issues, and Federal Technology Policy committees. In 2023, he was appointed NAR's MLS and Data Management Liaison.
A recognized technology innovator, Bill re-wrote NAR’s e-PRO certification and originated the TechEdge program. He is also a licensed instructor in numerous states and has taught and spoken at major industry events across the U.S. and internationally.
