Ms. Cao is an expert on construction loans, high-end acquisitions, and commercial leasing. Ms. Cao is also experienced in immigration law, providing family and employment-basedc immigration services to foreign investors. Ms. Cao is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese.
