Ms. Yuejuan “Jane” Weng is the CFO of Xin Development Group International Inc.
under the NYSE listed real estate development and property management company Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd (NYSE: “XIN”). She oversees finance and capital markets matters of the Xinyuan’s international business in the US, UK and Southeast Asia. She establishes and manages strong work relationships with banks, investment funds and other financial institutions. She also leads the recapitalization and disposition of the existing portfolio in the U.S.
Ms. Weng previously served as the President of DGW Investment Management
Group's US business. She was responsible for DGW’s cross-border investment and
offshore fund vehicle setup and management. Prior to joining DGW, she was in charge of corporate finance, capital market, investment, and other matters for the US subsidiary of Greenland, a Fortunate 500 company.
Prior to that she worked in the transaction services division of Ernst & Young USA
and KPMG USA, providing investment advisory services related to mergers and
acquisitions, initial public offerings, private placements and restructurings. Prior to
coming to the US, she worked in PWC China and provided annual assurance as well as IPO assurance and advisory services to the world's top 500 companies and China's large enterprises.
Ms. Weng holds an MBA from the Robert Smith School of Business at the
University of Maryland and a BA in Economics from Fudan University. She holds
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and US Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
qualifications. She is also a Board Member of Asian Financial Society.
