Ojas Tasker, Broker/ Owner of Tasker Properties, graduated with highest honors, Phi Beta Kappa, Henry Rutgers Scholar from Rutgers University with a double major in history and political science. She worked in both politics and real estate.
Ojas headed the legal department and performed due diligence to cure title for title policy for TowerCom to minimize company liability in title closings. Closed and funded; funded over 200 cell tower sites in over 12 states for investments in excess of over $ 100 million through private bank financing with open commercial accounts with local and national banks.
Ojas served as a commercial closer for a law firm representing Development Company specializing in shopping centers for a value exceeding $500 million.
Ojas founded the Asian Real Estate Association chapter in San Antonio to create a platform to increase home ownership among AAPI and showcase the real estate talent in San Antonio.
Now in its seventh year, Ojas now focuses on promoting AANHPI issues. She is part of a global mastermind that held a trade mission to Spain in 2021, member of Global Committee at state level at Texas Realtors, NAR SPIRE Mentor, and 2024 State Chair at Women's Council of Realtors for Diversity.
