AREAA members who qualify for RealTrends Verified, which includes the America’s Best Real Estate Professionals The Thousand, will also be considered for AREAA’s A-List.
- An individual must have closed at least 25 sides OR $10 million in sales volume in 2024.
- A team must have closed at least 40 sides OR $16 million in sales volume in 2024.
- The team lead must be an AREAA member.
- All participating teams MUST EMAIL Mary Pacio (mpacio@areaa.org) with the following by April 18, 2025:
- Full name of team
- Name of team lead (must be an AREAA member to be considered)
- Full company name including brand name
The following brands will submit a list of all agents who met the above minimums directly to Real Trends at no cost to the agent. Those who are also members of the AREAA will be considered for the A-LIST.

If you have moved to a brand that submits to RealTrends on your behalf, you should have your broker/owner reach out directly to your brand to ensure that they sent your FULL 2023 production. You can also contact RealTrends at Rankings@RealTrends.com.
If you are not with one of those brands, include all of your 2023 productions when you visit www.realtrends.com/realtrends-submissions.
You will likely need to submit your numbers to show full production for 2022

You will be honored and highlighted on the AREAA.org website, in a digital magazine and on stage at the 2024 AREAA National Convention in Las Vegas in October 24 – 26, 2024. If present at the National Convention, you will receive a physical award as well.
