Applications Process for 2024 A-List.
The process will have two very important steps:
Step 1
Do you meet the minimum requirements listed below?
Individual Agent
- An individual must have closed at least 40 sides OR $16 million in sales volume in 2023.
- You MUST also be an AREAA member by June 30, 2024. Click here to join.
- If you are an active AREAA member, click HERE to apply.
Teams
- A team must have closed at least 60 sides OR $24 million in sales volume in 2023.
- Team lead MUST also be an AREAA member. Click here to join
- If you are an active AREAA member, click HERE to apply.
- You MUST email AREAA’s Angela Holton with the name of the team lead and full name of the team BY APRIL 19, 2024.

If you are an agent of the below real estate brands/companies AND met the above minimums, your brand/company has already submitted your production and covered your $175 entry fee. Nothing further is needed.

Note: Realty Executives and LeadingRE agents and teams should use the code provided by your corporate office in lieu of payment).
Note: If you changed brand affiliation in 2023, your current brand may not have reported your full 2023 production, only what you recorded with your new firm. Please have your broker/owner reach out directly to your brand to ensure that they are sent your FULL 2023 production. You can also contact RealTrends at Rankings@RealTrends.com.
If your brand/company is NOT on the above list, you are encouraged to participate by visiting www.realtrends.com/realtrends-submissions. Deadline for entry is April 26, 2024. You will be responsible for the $175 submission fee. Be prepared to also submit third-party verification (check www.realtrends.com/realtrends-submissions for details).
PART TWO
If you did not qualify for the above RealTrends Verified minimums, AREAA has worked with RealTrends to create a second way to participate. Submit here: https://www.realtrends.com/realtrends-partnership-rankings-areaa/
Individual Agent
1. An individual must have closed 15-39 residential sides OR $6-$15.99 million in residential sales volume in 2023.
2. You MUST also be an AREAA member by June 30,2024. Click here to join.
Teams
1. A team must have closed at least 25-59 residential sides OR $9-$23.99 million in residential sales volume in 2023.
2. Team lead MUST also be an AREAA member. Click here to join.
3. You MUST email AREAA’s Angela Holton with the name of the team lead and full name of the team by July 14, 2024.
If you qualify, each individual or team will be charged $75 at registration on the RealTrends site.
Registration begins on June 1, 2024 and closes on July 19, 2024. An A-List link will be created by RealTrends and provided before June 1.
Originators Application
AREAA is thrilled to continue to recognize top originators within the AREAA Network. Every year, A-list Originators are featured on AREAA’s Website, recognized in the Fall issue of a|r|e Magazine, and receive an A-list trophy. Enjoy the visibility of this prestigious list and apply today with your 2022 numbers.

Part Two: Opens June 1, 2024; Closes July 19, 2024 - What if I moved from one company to another in 2023?
If you have moved to a brand that submits to RealTrends on your behalf, you should have your broker/owner reach out directly to your brand to ensure that they sent your FULL 2023 production. You can also contact RealTrends at Rankings@RealTrends.com.
If you are not with one of those brands, include all of your 2023 productions when you visit www.realtrends.com/realtrends-submissions.
You will likely need to submit your numbers to show full production for 2022
- What happens if I make the A-list?
If you qualify, AREAA will reach out to you with further instructions.
- What are the benefits of being on the A-list?
All named to the list will receive the following benefits:
You will be honored and highlighted on the AREAA.org website, in a digital magazine and on stage at the 2024 AREAA National Convention in Las Vegas in October 24 – 26, 2024. If present at the National Convention, you will receive a physical award as well.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure your membership is current and your renewal is successful come July 1st, 2024
