Michael Wang (Commercial Committee, NY East Chapter, Project Queens, Speaker)

Michael Wang, a native New Yorker from Queens, attended Stuyvesant High School and earned a Bachelor's in Economics from Penn State University. As CEO of Project Queens, he specializes in leasing prime retail spaces across NYC and Long Island, helping both landlords and tenants find ideal locations for their businesses. He represents prominent international tenants expanding into major U.S. cities.
Active in the community, Michael serves as Co-Chair of the Queens Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee, President of AREAA NY EAST, and a member of the REBNY Commercial Queens Committee. Recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, he is passionate about fostering strong relationships and collaboration with industry leaders, business owners, and community advocates to drive growth and create opportunities.
